1. Who we are

Nositeo is an online business run by its owner from Pakistan. You can reach us at support@nositeo.tech.

2. Your account

• Use your real name and an email address you can read. You confirm it with a code we send.
• Keep your password and API keys private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Each account belongs to an organisation that holds its credits, orders and downloads.
• You must be at least 18 and buying for a business, not as a consumer.

3. Credits and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. One credit unlocks one lead.
• You are never charged twice for the same lead: leads you already own cost nothing when they appear in a later order.
• Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be moved to another organisation.
• Payments are taken by our payment providers. Refunds follow our refund policy.

4. The data

Our lists hold business information: business name, business phone, street address, website and its status, opening hours, trade and time zone. It comes from publicly available business listings and from the businesses’ own websites. We do not sell personal email addresses or owner names.

We clean the data before it goes live and show the month each record was last verified. Businesses still close, move and change numbers, so the data is provided as it is, without a promise that every record is correct. If a lead is wrong, our refund policy explains how you get the credit back.

5. How you may use the data

When you buy leads, you may use them inside your own business to find and contact potential clients. You may not:

• resell, publish, share or give away the data as a list, database or feed, in whole or in part;
• combine it into a product that competes with Nositeo;
• use it to harass anyone, send spam, or for anything illegal;
• copy the site or the API in bulk, or try to get past the masked previews, rounded counts or rate limits.

6. Calling and emailing rules are your responsibility

You decide how to contact the businesses, so you must follow the rules where they are. Before calling, check numbers against the do-not-call lists that apply, for example:

• United States: the National Do Not Call Registry, the TCPA and state rules;
• United Kingdom: the TPS and CTPS registers and PECR;
• Canada: the National DNCL; Australia: the Do Not Call Register;
• UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar: their telemarketing rules.

Give your name and business on every call or message, stop when someone asks you to, and keep your own do-not-contact list. Phones come in international format so you can screen them easily.

7. Businesses that opt out

Any business can ask us to stop listing it on our opt-out page. From then on it is left out of every search, new order and download, including re-downloads of past orders. If a business asks you to stop contacting it, you must stop as well.

8. API

API keys are for your organisation only. Each key has a rate limit shown in the API docs. We may revoke a key that is shared, leaked or used against these terms.

9. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why when the law allows. You can close your account at any time by emailing us. Unused credits after a suspension for a breach are not refunded.

10. Liability

Nositeo is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we email account holders about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
